H42X Foot Valve

H42X foot valve is a kind of energy-saving valve, generally installed in the bottom end of the pump underwater suction pipes. It restricts the pump pipe water to back, plays only enter and no exit function. The bonnet has a number of water supplies and strengthen tendon, with a hard block feature, is mainly used in pumping pipes, with watercourses and supporting functions. The diameters are single disc, double disc, multi disc type, and have flange connection and thread connection.

The foot valve consists of seat, disc, bonnet, sleeve, and sealing ring and other components. To the details, please see the following picture. The water enter into body through bonnet, and the disc open the water under the flow pressure. After the stop indication, the outlet pipe pressure closes the disc quickly, the liquid will not back, plays a role of smoothing pumping and saving the water loss.
